I received an email and text from Vodafone 2 weeks ago informing me that my Sure Signal had been suspended. The email instructed me to login to My Vodafone where I could apparently re-register but always come an error [Error ref 1w0],

If so contact the Vodafone Customer Service Team on 191 or Live Chat and they'll assist to remove the bar.
To add … If a Sure Signal hasn't been used for 12+ months then it's permanently removed from the network.
