I received an email and text from Vodafone 2 weeks ago informing me that my Sure Signal had been suspended. The email instructed me to login to My Vodafone where I could apparently re-register but always come an error [Error ref 1w0], 

when i try to Re-resisterThis : Sure Signal has already been registered. Please ask the previous owner to transfer ownership to you, or de-register the device. comes with this:

Has the Sure Signal not been used for around 3 months @csantos6  ? 

If so contact the Vodafone Customer Service Team on 191 or Live Chat and they'll assist to remove the bar.

To add … If a Sure Signal hasn't been used for 12+ months then it's permanently removed from the network.
