My sure signal version 2 has stopped working since my BT broadband was split into 2.4 ghz and 5ghz - any suggestions?

Thanks for providing those details @Rodsley50, I'm sorry to hear that your Sure Signal still isn't working correctly. I know this might sound a little strange - can you try it in someone else's house, connected to their Wi-Fi?
If you plug it in and everything works fine, it's definitely a problem with your recent SSID split. Have you contacted BT at all, to see if they can shed any light on why this might have affected your connection?
