My suresignal has not worked at all the past week have reset it, left it off etc. First 3 lights all fine no 4th light and no signal ? Wifi calling is crap and means i don't get txts etc hence the suresignal as no phone signal at home otherwise. Can't get through on chat can vodafone rep advise or anyone else got issues ?
Here is the SS troubleshooting tips link Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting that also in the ' Issue Not Listed ' option has a traceroute to run and paste back here for the Vodafone Social Media Teams to take a look at.
They maybe able to resync the SS too.
