When I try to register my sure signal I get the error message:
Sorry, there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1011 - [2a1]
I suspect that it may not recognise my postcode but any other advice would b welcome. Using a Microsoft Surface running Windows 10 and Chrome Browser

May I ask where you acquired your Sure Signal device from @dsns ?

direct from vodafone. But I have entered a slightly different postcode in the registration system and it worked. I live on a new estate so the postcode is not available everywhere yet

Ok. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't 2nd hand.
Have you managed to ring 191 and ask for the Sure Signal Team as they maybe able to help.
