With previous mobile phones on Vodafone I have set up and used my hotspot.
On my new Huaewei P10 Pro clients get connected but no internet connection is available for them.

I appreciate the Hotspot has worked with previous phones but it might be beneficial to speak with Customer service on 191 just to get this provisioned on your Account again.
Also over time it seems issues with Hotspot / Tethering seem apparent with different phones and os platforms.
Are you able yourself to connect to Mobile Data and surf on your Huaewei P10 Pro ?
It might be worth trying to delete the pairings / connection and try again.

I believe that the Huawei P10 is one of the phones on which you can set a limit on the amounts of data that the other devices can use. It might be worth looking at the hotspot's data limit settings, just to make sure that it hasn't defaulted to zero.
