When I connect my USB from my Smart Ultra 6 it asks for driver software, which I was never given. On forums everyone say go to USB in settings, storage and turn on MTP. My settings, storage doesnt have that option and I'm unable to find anything to do with MTP on my phone - it just gives a long list about developer options and tells mt USB debugging is connected (nothing else about USB connections).
Can anyone else advise where I can find the MTP option on this phone please?

Hi,
You may need to search out for a driver / driver update for your computer to recognise the phone.

Go to Settings > Storage > Additional settings. The MTP option should be in there.
To add a bit more clarity, once you are in Storage, the additional settings option is the 3 dots to the top right hand side.
