My 4g isn’t working on some of my apps. I have tired re installing the apps, and have checked to see if the data is switched on... but I’m not sure what else to do.
Its works on safari my bank app my Vodafone app and WhatsApp however wont let me open or send videos or pictures.
It doesn’t work on Facebook, instagram or snapchat!
On deleting the apps from your iPhone can you then also go into your iTunes via a computer and delete the apps there too and then fresh install the app @Sb12345
As mobile data is working on some apps I'm thinking this isn't account related but iPhone related instead.
An Apple Store Genius Bar employee would also be able to take a look for you
@Sb12345 If possible, you may also wish to try your SIM card in a different phone to see if the issue continues. This will help identify if the error is related to the iPhone or SIM/network.
