I have spent so many hours chatting with technical support and nobody can get my new Apple Watch cellular working. It is a shambles. Seems like there are hundreds of other people in the same bucket.
Can someone help?
I also had an alert to say a credit check had been run against my name but I have never agreed to this so maybe one I need to pick up with a solicitor.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams here are unable to help with account based issues.
However it's the same team on Twitter or Facebook that can help.
