Hi! I just got a quick question because i do have an Apple iPhone X and it's not turning on for the past 2 weeks now. I'm always stuck on the Apple logo once i turn it on. I tried also plugging the charger in to the phone to see if it can pass and allows to turn on the phone however to no avail. I also tried seeking help online from youtube on how i can fix the phone however still to no avail. And the bad thing is, i don't have insurance on that phone.
What can be the best possible solution for this issue?
Thanks!
Solved! Go to best answer.
Have you tried hooking upto iTunes on a computer @Apollyon and seeing if you can restore it ?
Have you tried dfu and or recovery mode?

You could look on the official Apple forum and try their online chat support.
An iPhone is covered by a 2 year warranty.
If a person hasn't got apples extended warranty or a stand alone insurance policy then it could possibly cost to deal with.

Hi @Apollyon
I would follow this link from Apple support: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
If this does not work, you may need to wait until Apple stores reopen, you will then be in a position for advise through an Apple Genius.
I'll try to go to the Apple support and then I'll get back to get some updates about this. Thanks for your help!
You're very welcome @Apollyon

Hope you have already solved your issue😀
Firstly, you may ask Apple Support Center for help. But you say you have insurance on your phone, I guess you may try an ios system recovery tool to fix your device.
Or according to offical solution from Apple Support, you may put your iphone in recovery mode by using iTunes on your computer. But this may lose data if you do not have backup.
