Hi.
I can’t seem to get Apple Watch to connect to cellular.
It’s set up with an E sim on the correct number and all seems to be set up correctly which I can confirm through the Vodafone app
When I select “mobile data” on the watch it says the plan is Vodafone UK but the status is “Not connected”.
I’ve turned both on and off a few times.
Ive tried unpairing watch and restoring from back up.
Any ideas?

There has been a few posts concerning issues similar t ours @Jamesclabs
I would suggest a forum search to bring some of those up to check through.
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can check your account from their side.

Hi thanks for your reply.
I have searched the forum but couldn’t find the solution.
I will get in touch with customer services but was trying to avoid being tethered to my phone for half an hour waiting.
