Can't enter address while registering for Myvodafone

Hi, i tried to register for Myvodafone but i couldn't enter a 'valid address' eventhough i have already entered one. 

The apps keep popping up this message '... under maintanence'

Is this your first time on registering for myvodafone ?

If not then you’ll need to use a different email address and password. 

Are you using WiFi or 3G to register ?

If you get stuck after clearing the Data and Cache of the App / browser then Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can help you.
