Can't sign into "My Vodafone" on iPhone. Keeps saying unknown error.

Meant "Connection Lost"

I am already on mobile data and that is working fine.

Just can't sign in or do anything within app. https://1921681001.id/

Don't remember details to sign in on the wehttps://19216811.cam/ bsite if that even works right now. I use the automatic sign in on the app.

Hi @begnpitch 

 

You can recover your sign in credentials for signing into the online version of your myvodafone.

It's certainly worth doing this to see if you can at least log in that way to be able to access your Vodafone account.

 

In regards to the app try logging out and then back in.

As you can't clear the cache and data in the app on an iPhone you could look at uninstalling the app from the iPhone and from iTunes library from a computer,  and reinstall the app again meaning it's a fresh copy of the myvodafone app.

Customer services on 191 or Live Chat can check your account.

Are you running through a VPN or do you have a custom DNS server set?
