Enabling Wifi calling

I recently upgraded to an iphone Xs. Whilst doing so the advisor switched my plan to Vodafone unlimited, whihc I now know doesnt support wifi calling. I contacted Vodafone who said that they enabled it, and when I check the app, sure enough it is. However when I try to enable in the phone settings, it tells me to contact Vodafone. I have reset network settings as the last advisor asked me to do but still not able to enable wifi calling.

You may need to speak to them again or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries 

As calling over Wi-Fi will only activate if there is no network signal what happens if you out the phone in airplane mode for example?

As a sub note....

Calling Over WiFi Set up. Ask the agent to force the phone via sending an OTA configuration update that should provision your phone for Calling Over WiFi.

Once you receive the confirmation text, switch on Wi-Fi Calling in your settings

Go to Settings, scroll down and choose the Application icon

Choose Phone and scroll down until you see Wi-Fi Calling – select the box beside this option

A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm if you want to enable Wi-Fi Calling – tap OK
