No internet unless I'm on 5g

Whenever my phone drops to 4g or even 3g, I have no internet whatsoever. 

I'm on iPhone 13.

The best thing to do is to check Apple support, there will be something on viewing or changing your iphone data settings and making sure 4G is enabled, 3G is being switched off on all networks.

You definitely need 4G for VoLTE calling, there will also be information available from Apple support for LTE options.

I’ve been through my iPhone settings and everything is set up properly. I’m on 5g auto, which means it should connect elsewhere as needed
