Hi I recently received a message saying that my phone will be disconnected for breach of Vodafone a t&cs. I have contacted the fraud department numerous times with no luck. I am a carer for cancer patients and cannot have this. It is totally unprofessional and infuriating. Any suggestions please??
You will need to escalate this with Customer service on 191 or Live Chat.
Have Vodafone confirmed to you what T&C's have been breached ?
