Hi, I took out a contract with Vodafone on the 26th of November, the mobile app works fine but i am unable to register for MyVodafone, i get the error message Sorry, we can't access your upgrade details at the moment after i input my number. I have been issued my first bill already if that helps.

Usually it's the other way round, the Application follows the online account.
Unless you already cleared your PC cache and cookies this is worth trying first, very often it's a stored cookie preventing you from registering.
If you still have issues live chat or Customer Services will be able to investigate and get your online account working.
