Spotify Premium ended

My Spotify premium I get through Vodafone has suddenly logged me out and won't log back in. I have another account with Spotify I had prior to this which is a free one.  I tried  all the suggested remedies via Spotify help and none work I have also uninstalled Spotify and when I installed it again it says the log in details I used are incorrect, and I can't access the reset the password link they say is sent. Tried Vodafone help - waited 30 minutes to be told adviser would help then was cut off. Can anyone help. I have almost 2 years left on this paid for service.
