Unable to send picture messages

Ever since my upgrade to iphone 5 I cannot send pic messages. Anyone else have this issue?
I phoned and the rep said he reset settings and it should all work but no, still not working. Any help?

I have the same problem with my Galaxy S5. Ive tried following the instructions on how to set up MMS but that has not worked

Hi there

 

Try texting the word WEB to 40127.  That's the way I get my settings on my S5.  You'll get a generic message telling you that you'll get a configuration text in a few minutes and then the configuration text will follow.  Just install those settings onto your device. 

 

Once you have the right settings, test it again, if it doesn't work, run through the MMS Troubleshooter.  If it still doesn't work, post back here as it is possible that something needs provisioning on your account.
