Unlcoking iphone 5S

I Recieved my upgrade from Vodafone last week which is a Iphone 5s. 6 days ago i filled out a form onlne to request for the phone to get unlcoked. i have recieved no correspndance from Vodafone. Does anybody know the process? shoud i have recieved a email once i filled the form out? or do i only recieve a email one the phone is unlocked?

Hi there

 

If you completed the NUC Request form online, you should have received an automated reply by email providing you with a reference number. If you didn't,it may be wroth checking your junk mail folders.

 

Typically iPhone unlocking takes about 7 - 10 working days to complete after Vodafone have processed the request and sent it on to Apple.  You can check at any point to see if the phone has been unlocked by connecting it to iTunes with a non Vodafone SIM card in it.  You'll get a message telling you that it is unlocked when you do so.
