I've tried online myself, I've spoken to 191, nobody calls back like they say they will, I've done an online chat, I've messaged Vodafone Facebook - all to no avail. NOBODY at Vodafone knows how to connect my watch to my phone plan. This is absolutely ridiculous; please PLEASE at least respond to me and explain what the problem is?
Unfortunately there has been quite a few recent posts on the Community Forum from.people experiencing the exact same issues as you @lexie2006
If you perform a search you'll.find them and perhaps some may have tips within.
There is no account access via this forum anymore but the Vodafone Social Media Teams maybe able to help as they can access accounts.
