iPhone 6 order nightmare

The last 24 hours have been awful, only tried to upgrade and been through so much.

Highlights are blind transfers (bad practice), being asked my full security pin (illegal), having plans taken out that I didn't request (against regulations) and having my last two years worth of contracts deleted which includes my pre order!

Waiting for a manager call back, hope nobody else has had such an ordeal!
