i requested unlocking on 3 devices on Sunday 30/6/19. I had a confirmation email at 0857hrs on 2/7/19 to state all were unlocked. Put new SIM into all three but only the Iphone XR has unlocked the 2 iPhone 6 remain locked. not sure how this is possible if i have had an email confirming they are unlocked
Hi @BVA76 your issue has come up many times, Vodafone don’t unlock iPhones, they forward the request to apple who then perform the unlock. Vodafone’s message actually means they have sent the request and it can take up to 30 days for apple to then process it. Keep trying an active non Vodafone sim in the other devices and they should unlock soon.
@63johnw is spot on here in regards to unlocking.
To add although not normally necessary with your model of iPhone perhaps try hooking up to a computer with iTunes on to see if that helps.
