hi there i just came here from o2 and i wanted to keep my number , i got my pac code and gave it to carphone warehouse when they were dealing with my new phone , i was wondering how long it would take for my new sim on vodafone to start working ( i should mention that i also canceled my contract with o2 the same day and agreed to buy out my contract , but that sim is still working )

Hello MalcolmRobb

 

You will need to ask Carphone Warehouse this question, they were responsible for setting up your new contract and passing your details onto Vodafone.

 

There is always a delay in setting up a contract when it is done through a third party, Carphone will be able to help.
