Cannot log into my vodafone account mobile phone

I cannot log into my vodafone account tried everything it says username password not reconised or there is a error can it be deleted and register a new account

You will need to reach out to the Social Media Team on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using this link here. The team can then clear security with you and access your Vodafone account where they can reset your My Vodafone details, run tests etc This forum is for general advice only.
