I'm in the same situation as a few people now... Ive been sending messages on a ETA of the S24 Ultra 1tb every week. Been put on back order since the "22nd of January" when pre ordered. Its now the 21st of February and it now says on back order for 20 days! What a joke this is. I'm gonna miss out on this promo offer which was one of the reasons I decided to upgrade my device early. I've tried contacting Samsung a couple times and must be with some idiots.
They just send me a link to do the pre order promo offer and I can't do it because I can't complete the offer due to not receiving the device. But then cancelling this order i will miss out on the free storage upgrade.
What do I do? Cancel it before the 29th or keep it and miss out on these offers?
