I recently got a new sim and my SS does not allow it to connect. Do I need to register the new sim somewhere?

If you’ve already activated your new SIM, please remove your number and then re add it to your Sure Signal account.

It was my primary number so i deregistered and registered the sure signal, which resolved the problem.
