sure signal problrm

Just bought a new sure signal. It works for the main registered number but not for the other registered users. Waited 2 days but no sign of it working.

Hi

 

Im assuming the other numbers are Vodafone ones. 

 

When you try to add them what is happening ?

 

Sometimes going into the phones settings and turning off 4G to make the phone use 3G is needed as the Sure Signal works off 3G.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

 

  1. Click on Start and select Run
  2. Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
  3. A black box will appear.
  4. In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
  5. Paste the output of this command into your reply.
