Upload Speed on 900/100

Hi I have recently upgraded to FTTP 900/100 on an Openreach connection. Download speed is excellent but upload remains at 69.9 as per my 500/69 connection. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I've never actually figured this out myself yet. I upgraded 100/18 to 200/28, but guaranteed if I plug my THG3000 back in I'll be back to 18Mb/s upload. Factory resets do nothing, and it's plainly obvious the vf router is restricting the upload.

I use an third party router now for full speed.

Tried a tp-link router I get 109 up, with the Vodafone provided THG3000 I get 70. I guess Vodafone are hoping I will pay an extra £10 a month for their newest router. I'll stick with the tp-link.
