Would the Vodafone Pro II or Ultra Hub allow me to upstream my phone's 5G connection to complement my home broadband speeds?

To outline my situation and needs:
- I'm currently with Vodafone FTTC (using the Vodafone THG3000 Router)
- I want to upstream my phone internet to the router using WiFi (hotspot)
- I would ideally use my phone's internet connection to improve my available home LAN broadband speed
