International calls to the UK

I am located in the USA but want to use my phone to call UK numbers (landline and mobile). Will this incur an international call charge? I feel like it shouldn't bc i am calling a UK number, but then again, i'm calling this UK number from another country. 

 

Please answer ASAP.

If you are using a UK mobile number in the US, this will incur roaming charges @amanda-vibe-123 , please see this link to find the charge for calling internationally to the UK from the US Charge Checker 

 

If you are calling using a US provider, you would need to ask your home network this question.
