Just received router however states incorrect password when entering off the bottom of the router. Even scanning the QR code won’t connect me. Can anyone help?

When I got mine I was peeved that there was no setting where you could see exactly what you were typing in. Type it into a text document and if that's correct (be careful with l's I's and 1's) then copy/paste it into the login screen. Otherwise reset it using a pin at the back (hold in for at least 10 seconds.

If that doesn't work you'll have to take this up with the vodafone team.

First I've heard of an incorrect password. I don't think vodafone recycle their router's either, though anything is possible.

Is this the password for the router or the Wii-Fi?

The QR code is for the default Wi-Fi password only, so make sure the router has been reset to defaults by factory resetting as described by @Ripshod 

Have you tried connecting using WPS?
