I am trying to upgrade and I am trying to use the advantage scheme discount. I got all the way to paying the upfront cost when I had to momentarily leave the Vodafone app to clarify card details on banking app. The Vodafone app had refreshed taking me out of the basket and consequently removing discount code. When trying to re-enter said code it says it is in has in another basket.

 

I had this issue when I upgraded 2 years ago, but I now have no more ‘valid’ codes to use as every time my basket refreshes it makes the code void. 
how can I reset my codes so I can continue with my upgrade!

I wouldhave thought that the systems should refresh allowing the code to be used again.
