I am so annoyed - i placed an order with vodaphone for a samsung flip 3 and a new SIM card on 17/9/21 .. tracked it an hour ago and it showed that its still just 'received' .. spoke to a sales rep online and it automatically cancelled and they couldn't give me an explanation. I'm not sure what to do to be honest. I just wanted to know when i'll receive my phone and now its cancelled. has this happened to anyone previously?
Unfortunately this can happen @mariumShoaib with an open order which I appreciate this is frustrating and rightfully annoys the affected person.
Either something on Vodafones systems have glitched or something you've provided in your submitted application has instigated the cancellation.
Maybe try again or pop into a Vodafone Highstreet Store with ID to apply.

If the order has been cancelled without reason it sounds like you have failed the credit check. There is further information here: Credit checks
Vodafone would have done two checks, one for the device loan agreement and an additional check for the airtime agreement.
It may be worth checking your credit report.
