Renewed contract after expiry notifications

Weird I got a notice I would have a contract expiry in some days..

I renewed and guess what I got an out of contract charge..

I also updated my contract paying more!

I added phone E number as well

and I also subscribed for my daughter a new 17 pound contract.

Never happened never came, but I did have an acknowledgement.

I try online chat! dont work.

I call and get told !!! new order was seen but not completed

Do it again?> I said I have an acknowledgement so sent a cancellation before I order again.
