Hi

Sent two identical and v good condition iPhone 13 max pro handsets back for trade in on 04.12.2023, one was sent back to me for reasons that I still cannot fathom (I am now selling via We Buy Any Phone for more money), but have not had anything back from Vodafone for the other phone which is supposed to be several £100 credited to my bank account. Numerous frustrated calls to customer services (please get rid of that chat bot...) and they say they have it but no further comms. Is anyone else experiencing delays in trade in pay outs like this?
