Hi,
i am trying to upgrade my phone and i am eligible for the vodafone advantage scheme through my employer. I am trying to generate new codes to apply to my basket but it appears i cant generate any more codes (see photo), even though the ones generated in 2022 can supposedly be re-generated in 12 months?
When i try to add the bottom code which has been generated today, to my basket (that has no other discounts added), it says it cannot add the code and a couple of the reasons may be that a discount is already added or my items are ineligible for discount, which isn’t true as i successfully added a discount code in january. the phone i am trying to upgrade to is an Iphone 15 pro max.
Has anyone else had the above two issues happen to them before? how did they get around it?
