We're having trouble verifying your details. We may need additional information from you to take a payment - please watch out for a text from Vodafone. If you don't hear from us, please contact us.

 

Changing my Bank details...only having problems doing this with Vodafone...everyone else on my direct debits are fine BUT NO NOT BIG VODAFONE THEY WANT TO CAUSE ME TROUBLE!!!! OH I can wait to change my IP!!!

Hey @Discente, it sounds you're trying to set up your Direct Debit through the My Vodafone app. If you're having difficulty processing it there, you can do it online by following the below steps 👇

- Log in to your My Vodafone account

- From the navigation menu, choose Settings.

- Choose the plan you want to update, then Manage Payments.

- Finally, choose Set up Direct Debit and fill in your details.
