Hello,

Today on 12/06/2021 I got an email that my number has been successfully transferred to Vodafone, but the problem is that I haven't got a sim card yet and at the moment I'm without an active phone, I can't make calls, text messages and use the internet. I am very disappointed with your company.

That's strange @Aggi  until you had received the phone and SIM Vodafone shouldn't have started to port your number across.

 

Send the Social Team a message from this link Contact Us the Team will soon find out what has happened.

I thought so too, but it's different. And it is not known when the sim card will come. There are problems at the post office.

A Vodafone Highstreet Store might be able to help if you take your information and photo ID to them.

Other than that I hope you recieve your sim card asap.

I've been fortunate I'm the past as I have a Vodafone Highstreet Store local so could pop out in my lunch break.
