Hi @roman456. You need a Phone Unlock Code (PUK) to unlock your phone if you’ve entered your SIM PIN wrong three times. To get a PUK code, call us on 191 (0333 304 0191) – when asked why you’re calling, say “I need a PUK code”. Once you’ve got your PUK, follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your phone.
If you enter the wrong PUK 10 times in a row, your SIM will be permanently blocked.
