Unlocking my phone

Hello, I am trying to unlock my phone however I think I entered the unlock code wrong too many times and am now blocked. How do I resolve this?

The phone I am unlocking is a Samsung S8 and the current provider is Vodafone.

If the phone is hard locked due to too many unsuccessful attempts then Vodafone would need to send it off to be flashed.

Any Vodafone Highstreet Store can do this for you.

The problem you are going to have is the repair would be chargeable and it may be best to contact a Samsung Repair Centre for advise, if you use Google you will be able to find a repair centre.

You would probably also need a master code from Vodafone to complete the unlock, this is obtainable from Customer Services.
