Hello, i had a iPhone cotract with vodafone and then purchased an apple watch 6 and used one number to share the eSim. My phone contract has ended, but i am still in contract with the watch. I have a new provider, however, when I try and add the new eSim, the option to register a new provider is greyed out and it says, that option is greyed out and it says, "Your vodafone UK account is not eligible to enable mobile service on your apple watch. Contact vodafone uk at 191 for more info."
I have done this and they say they can't help. My new provider says it is locked to Vodafone. So i'm stuck. I have tried reseting and repairing the watch, but it still says the same
Can anybody help?
