Broadband app has no devices connected

When I first signed up to Vodafone broadband, all of the connected devices on my network showed up under the connected devices section of the broadband app. I meticulously went through hundreds of devices, and renamed and categorised them all.

Now, the app no longer shows any devices at all.

- I've deleted and installed the app again.

- I've ensured Mac filtering is off (although this shouldn't make a difference)

- I've emailed Vodafone - back in October and zero response.

- I've checked and seen other topics of a similar nature, with no solution.

Please could someone at Vodafone advise how this is fixed please?

I have the same problem with both the Android and IOS apps now. They used to work. Now that the app offers the ‘new’ feature of Super WiFi support it looks like this update has caused the issue with the lack of visibility of any connected devices!

Very annoying isn't it? Especially as it takes so long to rename and sort all the devices

Hi @Tripledrop Thanks for your patience. You certainly should be able to see the device in your app still, even after any updates. You'll need to speak our broadband teams to look into this - I'd recommend giving them a call on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040 191 from any other phone (standard charges apply). Alternatively, they're available on Live Chat too: https://vodafone.uk/livechat
