No sound,

Stupid question but I have no sound on my phone, in settings both text and Whatsapp and calls I set a sound and it works, but when a message/call/whatsapp come in, no sound,

press both buttons on side and all is ok,

stupid question but in Text/settings/Notification/ Behaviour, have dot in 'Make sound'

Vibrate/Show notification/Override do not disturbe, all have bright blue dot showing, is this right???

I have a Nokia Android Vodafone

Think I might have solved it, turned the phone off, put in shut down, then started it up again and it seems alright, think it is a bit like me, fed up with staying indoors,
