x9 not connecting to wifi anymore

Apologies if this has been mentioned before but my Vodafone x9 has suddenly stopped connecting to my BT broadband.  Everything else is connecting fine - no-one else in the house has this problem.  I've tried restarting etc but it will not reconnect at home.

Can you try forgetting the network on your phones wifi settings and then reset it back up from scratch @Jenny68 

In your phones Settings - Apps - Wifi - can you navigate to storage or something similar and clear the apps cache files  ?

Does your phone connect to other Wifi sources such as another persons broadband or a coffee shop etc  ?

Thanks for replying. Forgetting network doesn't seem to work but I will try the other way when I'm back home as on my way to work now.  I can connect to other WiFi.
