Hi, 

I have 6 accounts with VF and picked up instore last week an ipad2 3g wifi......no charge at all except for the line rental. I run 3 mobiles and 3 data accounts and have been for a while.

The only thing I wasnt happy with was that I was told that instead of upgrading one of my data accounts (which was due for upgrade  anyway) I had to take out a new contract for the ipad2. TBH I wasnt really bothered about this, what annoyed me was that the guy instore told me he could remove / cancel the account that had expired and was told to call customer services.

I called customer services and spoke to a fantastic advisor, she explained that he had really made a couple of mistakes -

1. He could have just upgraded to the ipad2 3g using the same account number !!

2. He could have removed my account at the point in store once I had signed the new data contract.

For the last 2 years my online account was showing old bills as current, I mentioned this to her and she resolved this in minutes. Considering I had spoken to many advisers over that period of time with no result......she done a great job and went the extra mile.

So to answer your question.............Go into a store and grab one........
