Changing 'Owner' on SureSignal

It used to be simple... (I know Ilve done this twice before)

 

I have 4 regsiotered phone numbers to use the sure signal, 2 of them are admin.

The current number that is 'owner' is being switched to EE, 

So I want to swap owners (myself) without having to re-register the other users

How can I do this?

You are going to need to transfer ownership to one of the other numbers.

 

If you use Live Chat or call, this can be arranged.

I know I want to transfer the 'ownership' (technical not physical) - they atre both numbers on my account.

 

So are you saying that I can't do this myself anymore?

 

(I used to be able to - I did it twice before )

 

And that I have to speak / chat to someone at vodafone to do it now?

 

So Vodafone have reduced some of the functionality and authority that I used to have to manage my own device?
