Incompetent customer support

I paid my bill via bank transfer to the correct account as instructed and I’ve checked multiple time this is correct. You can’t find my payment despite me giving you all the information required. Then customer support are no help at all. On hold for over an hour and passed between 4 people all who were no help.  Finally got through to someone who said it had been paid but then on the phone they said no it wasn’t.

It can sometimes take a little while for the payment to show on your Vodafone Account @luwebste

This is why customer services may not all see it yet. 

Your Bank will be able to provide a transaction number to support your payment. 

I appreciate not all people like Direct Debit payments but that way you shouldn't encounter instances like this.
