Mobile data not working ??

I recently purchased a 20 pound freedom freebies with 2gb of mobile data available to use , now I am able to use my minutes and texts problem free but whenever I go to use safari or an app that requires internet connection it tells me that there is no mobile data connection available can anyone help me ?

Hi

 

Please check in your phones settings. 

 

In the status bar as the top is any symbol showing like E as this will mean opening up internet pages will be slow and sometimes time out. 

 

Settings-Mobile Data- Turn Mobile Data on. 

 

If it's on check in your myvodafone to ensure data is showing as available to use. 

 

Does this happen in one area or everywhere ?

 

You could also try a reset. 

 

On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.

 

and or try ->

 

Settings -> General-> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.
