My SS has been re-activated and customer service tell me it's now online but all I get is a flashing red light and 2 steady orange lights. These are my results:

I think there was a problem with the traceroute in Windows. I have just tried again on my Mac.

Traceroute has started…

Any help much appreciated.

Well it has changed overnight. I now have the first 3 lights (1st red and 2nd and 3rd white) all on and steady but my phone still won't connect to it.

@nashmills Thanks for providing us with those details. Sorry that you've been having a hard time getting your VSS (Vodafone Sure Signal) up and running.

Please could you try the following steps -

  1. Unplug your Sure Signal for 20 minutes.
  2. Plug it back in.
  3. Wait until the Sure Signal has reloaded and then hard reset your phone while in range of the VSS.

Let me know if that helps at all and don't hesitate to pop back if you're still having any problems.

Thanks for the reply. I solved my problem by de-registering the VSS and then after a few hours registering it again.
