Hi

As a regular forum watcher and contributer I thought I would post a positive experience to assure readers that it is not all bad with vodafone.  I have just upgraded to the IPhone 6 and to be honest did so with trepidation as there seems to be so many problems listed here.  (I am by no means gloating here or dismissing peoples issues I have had a number myself over the years.).

Ordered the phone on 23rd December.  Got text saying delivery today.  Was kept up to date this morning with timeslot from DPS and was able to track the delivery.  Phone delivered with spec as agreed in time agreed.  Used the website to swap sim which after a reboot of my old phone happened as instructed it would.

So as I said seemless.  Thanks vodafone.  Be encouraged people it does work most of the time.

And no I don't work for vodafone.
